Yum!! I always have a blast and enjoy my meal when I come here. The steak is huge and always cooked very well. It also comes with potatoes, which is great. The french onion soup is so big and can easily be shared. It's super cheesy and flavorful. The service was done well and food came out pretty quickly. Great vibe and pretty lively.

Wow. Haven't been to Arthur's in probably 20 years. Mistake. Went last night and it was amazing. I got the filet and it was incredible. My husband got the cowboy steak and a side of creamed spinach. He loved his meal. Shared the creamed spinach with me and it was fabulous! My asparagus and mashed potatoes were fantastic. Definitely going back soon. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the hostess is salty and clearly hates her job and people.

Arthur's. They're a MoPlains institution- been around fa'evah. They still bring back memories of days gone by. Fresh bread, relish trays on the table, juicy burgers and steaks. Only hand cut potatoes... oh, silly size beers. I have yet to have a bad meal there. The service is always exceptional. The atmosphere and ambiance is... hah! Early American Bar and Grill. But in a good way.

Came here two weeks ago with a large party. Place was super busy and noisy but not obnoxious. Just a bunch of people enjoying their food and friends. The drinks were strong and the food was super tasty! My filet mignon was delicious and their desserts are huge! Definitely recommend.

Arthur's Tavern is a good choice for a meal. Arthur's Tavern has a cool enough ambiance, good service and good food for your money. We stopped by here and were greeted amiably. Our server was fantastic and my steak was good.

A legend in this part of Morris County and worth the detour off route 10, the short drive from Morristown, or the walk (literally) across the parking lot from the Morris Plains train station. The menu hasn't changed in forever, and the prices haven't budged all that much either. If you're in for lunch, go for a burger and a side of potatoes (no fries). The service is attentive, but you may need to ask for the bowl of pickles that used to be on the table before you sat down. Gone are the pickled tomatoes and cabbage, but that's just an observation and not a complaint. If you're there for a night out, the modestly priced and well cooked steaks are a good deal. You're not getting a Manhattan steakhouse steak, but you're not paying that price either. Get another half liter of beer or glass of house red and enjoy. This is a place for fun and food, not to impress a early date or business clients. Downstairs is classic with red checked table cloths and faux liquor bottle lamps. It's a fun spot. Upstairs is good provided the whole place is packed or else it's a bit forgotten.

Really pleasant environment and happy with our meals. We had a party of 5 with two children and were seated upstairs. Meals were delicious and served relatively quickly. Restaurant was less than half full on a Saturday evening which was nice. I would say the kids pizza wasn't exactly exciting and looked subpar but I didn't taste it. The steaks were great.
